Loved being featured in this weekend’s @esmagazine by the fabulous @emmalouiseboynton talking all about ditching the ‘should’ and what changes that might bring about when it comes to our sex lives. Many of us unconsciously subscribe to scripts and narratives that may not be right for us, without us realising that we can in fact re-write and edit our sexual stories. This combination of a limited sexual narrative with a cultural-norm of sex being shame-orientated and not openly discussed leaves many of us stuck and unsatisfied.
