Often ..people we love in the present moment live rent-free in our minds; they are a product of our imagination that feeds us the idea of who they are. We create their stories and sometimes we re-write their stories to change the feelings we get from thinking of them. It’s so easy to lock away all the juicy salty bits when we want to forget how they hurt us or we block every little miracle that you shared to now see them as something less lovely. But only the present moment sticks to reality and truth. Only right this moment, in the most expanded sense .. is what is.
