As I've been watching GOAT Serena Williams in her last professional tennis matches this week, I've been reflecting on who she is -- as a person, a mother, an entrepreneur and a leader (and, of course, GOAT!). Did you know that over 90% of female CEOs in the US are former athletes? And no surprise when you think about it -- there is so much you learn about success, mindset, collaboration, preparation and resilience from sports. Tennis will never be the same without Serena playing, but I know she is just getting started.
