Who else loves winter?! ❄️✨ ⁣ ⁣ Honestly, three years ago I hated winter. The idea of having to put on layers, the stress of winter driving, the cold itself- all of that kept me inside and I always felt like I was just waiting for spring.⁣ ⁣ Three years ago I moved to Northern Minnesota, and started making a point of winter hiking, and watching the sunrise, and actively trying to enjoy the winter, and the wildest thing happened – it turns out the cold isn’t so bad after all, and the low light and ice and snow are actually really beautiful.⁣ ⁣ l absolutely still struggle in the winters (Novembers are always the hardest it seems like), but I don’t dread them the same way I used to, and there are parts of the winter I wouldn’t trade for anything! ❄️💫 ⁣ ⁣ 📌 Ojibwe Land ⁣ ⁣ 📸 Thank you @maddymarq for your cool reel!⁣ ⁣ ✅ Wanna get featured?
