I cannot express the excitement I had when I looked down at my phone and saw that @chefjeremyfox was calling me about a month ago. The last time we spoke or even saw each other was in December of 2020. Different times indeed. Only a hand full of employees trying to survive in extremely difficult times. This time however, was something extraordinary. The chance to float around the kitchen with @mikesolomonov and @chefjeremyfox at the same time was.......let’s say, epic. Incredible energy with an incredible atmosphere and team that almost seems magical. A way to celebrate the holidays amongst so many incredible Chefs and teams. To watch @mikesolomonov direct, teach, flow through the prep for the evening was definitely amazing. I truly love the thought process of one of the best to take the time to teach and prepare for an amazing moment for all the guests to experience. This has been an incredible year for me. I’d like to thank @chefjeremyfox for allowing me to flow in there kitchen as I do in so many kitchens and the ability to create as I do.
