I’ve never been afraid of aging. I’ve always been concerned with living my best life. I’ve always aimed for longterm wellness and longevity and here are the things I’ve been focusing on, per my immediate needs, how I envision my best life to be, and my very handy @insidetracker results. ✔️Sleep! I’ve spent the last 5 weeks getting more sleep and I FEEL AMAZING. It’s almost scary how much energy I have and HOW MUCH MY BRAIN WORKS. AND HOW MY BODY DOESN’T HURT ✔️Movement: Obviously I do a lot of cardio with the running, cycling, and hiking that I do ( AND SKIING IN THE WINTER!!!) I might even start spinning regularly again! I’m super vigilant about how this (and nutrition) affects blood glucose levels and HbA1C since there is a trend in my family for problems this way. ✔️I also have been working on my functional mobility with my long time trainer @lsfitnessnyc who works my hips, ankles, knees and other joints I didn’t even know I had, making them supple, flexible, and able to withstand what I put them through with all of “CRAZY STUFF I DO” ✔️I’ll get back into the gym with @foundationalstrength to lift heavy in a few weeks when the bulk of heavy travel is over. ✔️And I’ll keep resting, cooking as much a possible, keeping watch over my InnerAge score on the InsideTracker app, and doing what I need to do to keep it moving, keep it interesting, and keep myself happy in mind, body, and spirit.
