Known for "That Hagen Girl" (1947), "A Ticket to Tomahawk" (1950) and "How to Marry a Millionaire" (1953), he was a perfect cowboy in many films and TV series, and continued acting in such latter-day fare as the sleazy cult hits "Night of the Lepus" (1972), "Motel Hell" (1980), "Angel" (1984) and "Avenging Angel" (1985), and on the soap "Capitol" (1982-1987).
