Nourishing my baby was equal parts elation and exhaustion. It’s a process and we’re always making mistakes (sometimes physically painful ones!). #dearnewparents please have grace for yourself and your baby during those early days. I wish I had done a little more of that. I’m joining @byheart in challenging you all to share your stories to the next generation of parents.
