Take Notes 📕 and save this post as a reminder for later because I'm about to preach for a second! 200lbs down and I can confirm that Meal Prepping is a game changer when it comes weight loss and keeping it off! Yes working out is just as important and I do that too, but if I had to pick one I would easily say diet and meal prepping is more important as it's a lot harder to outwork a bad diet! Meal Prepping has many benefits and I say it all the time... Proper preparation prevents poor performance. When you’re prepared, your less likely to fail. I've been Meal prepping for years now and the biggest reason is for holding myself accountable and maintaining my own weight loss. Here are a few other reasons below: ♦️ You will save time anddd money! ♦️You can prepare the foods that you love while making sure that they’re the right portion sizes for you! ♦️You don’t have to wonder or guess what you’re eating for the day. ♦️You’re less likely to spend money in vending machines or on junk/ fast food. Meal prepping will look different for everyone, so don’t give up... eventually you’ll find what works for you! Hope this information helps.
