Maybe because of that old dreaded ‘Back to School’ feeling. Or maybe just in a ‘mood’. 🤬 To change it, 1️⃣ I wrote a gratitude list of the positive in my life..like I’m healthy. 2️⃣ I worked at ‘letting go’ of what a specific friend wasn’t doing (lowered my expectation) 3️⃣ Stopped my lil pity party 🎉 I hope you all found a lil bit of happiness today.
