#hai just wanted to give an update. everyone knows me as Ziggy; I’m a full time photographer who loves capturing movement, portraiture art/culture; and I’m most definitely gonna be massively overhauling my social media accounts and name handles. until I have a proper game plan I’m going utilize the feed as an photo archive account. I haven’t really been posting any content on here lately. that’s mostly because I haven’t had any ‘ content ‘ to do so. over the last few years, I successfully managed to corner myself into mostly posting dance/travel based images which was pretty great. that type of content is great, and it also seems like you like it as well. however, the last 2+ years I’ve done quite a bit of a pivoting towards a lot more [safe] photojournalism, head shots, and corporate work compared to dance/culture/inventive portraiture lol. I’ve shared a few of what I’ve done during the pivot on here, but it doesn’t seem to do as well so I’ve stayed more active in the stories so! It looks like I’m planning on another pivot lol. I will continue to shoot dance and movement, as they’re my first loves, but I will be modifying my approaches to sharing content with you differently in the upcoming months. things have changed so much on the platform especially with engagement and video being the new currencies that I’m gonna have to take some time think what needs to be change in what I shoot, how I shoot, and how to share it with you. it’s a lot for me to learn, but I will manage 🦾 just wanted to give an update: that I’m still here and just been trying to process it all. #cheers and thanks @sisathemuse for this birthday photo 🙏🏾
