It’s officially the first week of fall, and we’re getting festive by sharing FIVE fun recipes to enjoy all season long.
To kick things off, we’ve got tart and tasty Cranberry Energy Bites. They’re high in vitamin C, zinc, iron and of course protein, and will keep you feeling fueled and focused. “Save” this post and stay tuned for more delicious creations coming your way!
Recipe:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1 scoop Simple Pumpkin Seed Protein
- 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Directions:
- In a medium bowl microwave almond butter for 20-30 seconds until runny
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
- Form into balls and refrigerate
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freezer for 3 months
