this week has been really hard, but having the opportunity to share a bit of my story last weekend has reminded me that i’m not alone. i am eternally grateful to the @quellfoundation for believing in me and allowing me to share what an impact mental health advocacy has had on my life. everyone’s story is different, and you never know what someone is going through. if you want a small glimpse into what my journey has looked like, i have shared my speech in the last slide of this post. the masquerade ball was something i will never forget, and i will never stop advocating for all who may be struggling. thank you to everyone in my life who has supported and loved me along the way, and i am so incredibly grateful for organizations like quell who work so hard everyday to break the stigma. mental health matters 💙
