As longtime fans of @whitespot_restaurants, we’ve always loved ordering both classic favourites and trying new dishes through themed menus. Their latest menu is ‘Celebrate BC’ which highlights the local farmers and producers behind each ingredient. ——- For example: - Steelhead sustainably raised and caught in Lois Lake (Powell River) 🐟 - Brie Cheese from Golden Ears Cheesecrafters (Maple Ridge) 🧀 - Tomatoes from Windset Farms (Delta) 🍅 - Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (Vancouver Island) 🍦 - Blueberries from Silver Valley Farm (Maple Ridge) 🫐 ——- As I was trying their featured menu, I learned that not only is White Spot Canada’s longest-running restaurant chain, but they also buy more fresh, locally-grown ingredients than any other full-service restaurant in our province.
