Spent some time with @flotus for the new issue of @harpersbazaarus and encountered a woman whose strengths are a perfect, poignant match for this moment. A teacher, a mother, a grandmother, a woman determined to work and retain her independence even in a relationship with the President of the United States. I watched her take on three states and a dozen or so events in 72 hours. I listened to her talk about her first marriage, her career, and what it means to keep going. What a total honor.
