With 9 locations in Montecito (1 Michelin star earned in 2021, retained in 2022), Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Seattle, Chicago, and Healdsburg, Sushi by Scratch finally opens its 1st location in NYC, making the total to 10 locations! The NYC location will officially open on Wednesday (9/11) and will offer their signature innovative 17-course omakase-inspired tasting menu, showcasing fish and shellfish flown in twice a week from Tokyo’s Toyosu Fish Market ($225pp) The restaurant encourages guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the reservation to enjoy a complimentary welcome cocktail and canapé service in a lounge. Then, the tasting menu is served at an intimate 10-seat sushi counter.
