I fulfilled a dream last night. I opened a musical on Broadway! Can you believe that shit?! Wow! @mjthemusical. How does it feel? Inspired. I’m inspired by the material, Michael Jackson. He set the bar. And his music feels so good for my soul everyday. Inspired by the people that I get to work with! Their talents are out of this world. And I hope that this show, this work and my participation in it, can inspire others in that same way that Michael did and continues to do . I was privileged to open a show about black history, about a black icon on the first day of black history month. I’m truly humbled and honored.
