Another birthday on earth 🌀🦋 life is so full of beauty and stillness and sadness, pain and grief and growth, lessons and angels and hope. I want to be here for it all. I think one of my life purposes is to literally just *adapt to change* - I feel everything so deeply that it hurts more often than not, and all the changes that I was blessed with this year have been SO BEAUTIFUL and ones I’ve been waiting for for SO LONG, but nonetheless have been very draining and painful. Letting this birthday be a reminder to breathe through what aches and come back to the present moment. To be grateful for who I am. 💙
