I was about to post a casual snap of the 'Pure Hot Yoga' sign, book marked by uploading my 'hair reel' before class, when that familiar ping of disconnection hit my heart. And why I felt inspired to share a little more honestly and unfiltered. Amazingly, arriving back at home, I caught the full moon eclipse mid shadow and called mum and Jess outside. We watched as the bright full moon slowly became completely dark. It felt so resonate to exactly what I just spoke about. Complete darkness yes, yet what a divinely beautiful thing to watch and moment in time. Life feels challenging at the moment, there is no doubt about it. And we all have our version of that. May we remember we're all in it together and hold one another in light, love, prayer and peace. And utilize the practices that keep us grounded and sane. And to Australia at large, I'm so grateful to be home, held by the hearts and soil of my beautiful roots.
