Let’s get ready to crumbleeee (...Grain Free Mini Buñuelos on top of holiday desserts, that is! 😉) INGREDIENTS For filling: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped 1⁄4 cup vegan butter 1/2 cup dairy free milk 1⁄3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1⁄2 tsp fine sea salt For the topping: 1/2 cup Grain Free Mini Buñuelos, crushed 1⁄4 cup brown sugar 3⁄4 cup pecans, chopped 2 tbsp vegan butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a medium pot, bring sweet potatoes to a boil on medium-high and cook until tender. Drain. 3. Add butter, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to sweet potatoes. Use a potato masher to mash until smooth. 4. Mix all topping ingredients in a medium bowl. 5. Spoon sweet potato mixture into prepared ramekins and top the mixture with Mini Buñuelo crumble. 6.
