A large part of O’Noir: The Experience is the wine pairings. We have the fortune to be able to partner with Janelle D’Eramo from Ripepi Winery, a local winery in Monogahela, and Camila Uncorked. Ripepi Winery was founded in 1987 and has multiple varities of wine they produce. and will be featuring their wines for multiple courses which will be announced soon. Camila Alarcon-Chelecki, better known as @camila.uncorked is a wine influencer and enthusiast, spreading her passion for wine through her instagram page and local partner-event Bubbles and Brunch and will be bringing her wine knowledge to curate multiple pairings for O’Noir: The Experience.
