Honestly, for so long Eating clean felt like i was either ‘all in’ or ‘what even is a vegetable’ — no in between lol. but lately, i’ve been focusing on eating like the future version of me. more protein, more real meals, less scavenging whatever’s left on my kids’ plates. the goal isn’t perfection — it’s feeling good in my body, losing some fat, building strength, and finally giving myself the same energy i give everyone else. i kept it super realistic too (because hello, toddlers). simple meals that don’t take a hundred steps, actually taste good, and help me hit my protein goals without overcomplicating everything 🥙🥗🌯 i put the calories + protein for anyone else on this journey too because i know it’s nice to have a ballpark. small changes, big shifts. Okayyy we’re not dieting, we’re upgrading and nourishing!
