i don’t know if i can explain the way i feel right now with words, but i’m going to try. i have never felt as happy as i did last night. i was so terrified to do this show because i had no idea if anyone would come, and i had multiple industry people tell me i couldn’t book shows at this point in my career. LA, you SOLD OUT MY FIRST SHOW EVER, TWICE!! we had to move to the bigger venue, and then you sold that one out too, and i am still in complete disbelief. seeing so many people there to support ME, it just felt like a dream. i’m so so grateful that i get to do this as a career, i will never take this for granted. thank you so much for showing up for me last night, you have no idea how much this means to me. i love you all so much. it’s only up from here. - d
