A new season has begun here. For the last two years we’ve been buying milk once a week to make Sobhriste, our hard crumbly cheese. We were working with a local organic farmer, only milking 16 cows. He’s not going to be able to supply us this year, so we are looking for a new partner in our scheme! Do you know someone milking near us? (Inchigeelagh). We pay better than the co ops!
