🌱 (veggie) I genuinely think about this burger so much, but there is NO shake shack near me (if you are listening to us in slough would love a shake shack). So here is a super easy way to make it at home, it literally takes less than 30 mins!!! 4 Portobello Mushrooms 150g Cheddar Cheese 150g Emmental Cheese 2 Tbsp Plain Flour 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Onion Powder 2 Jalapenos 300g Panko Bread Crumbs 3 Eggs 100g Plain Flour Vegetable Oil For Deep Frying SHAKE SHACK SAUCE 100g Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp Heinz Ketchup 1 Tbsp Pickling Liquid 1⁄2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Lettuce 1 Beef Tomato, Sliced For Burgers 4 Burger Buns Grate the cheese and finely chop the jalapenos. Combine with the 2 tbsp plain flour, garlic powder and onion powder. Take the stalks of the mushrooms and carefully slice the top dome of the mushroom. Flip the mushroom around and stuff the inside with as much cheese as possible. then top with the mushroom dome. Dip the whole mushroom into plain flour, then into the beaten eggs and finally the panko. Repeat the eggs and panko around the edges to ensure it’s well sealed. Heat up the deep frying oil to medium heat. Fry the mushrooms for 5 - 8 mins until golden brown. Meanwhile, toast your buns. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
