“Always meet your heroes... As a longtime admirer of LA-based design firm Pierce & Ward, Emily Ward and Louisa Pierce are design heroes of ours. Their magpie eye for beauty and irreverent spirit speaks to the heart of House of Hackney. So it was a design dream come true to collaborate with them for our ‘Fantasy Room’ project, where we invited them to raid our archives and create a capsule collection. This evolved into a 3 month residence in their beautiful store in LA which we've just launched. And from all of this, a beautiful transatlantic friendship has been born, and we look forward to having many more adventures!
