Banana Cream Matcha 🍵🍌 This recipe was inspired by @brandon and I think it’s definitely going to be a repeatabke one lol. I paired the banana cream with @Mojo Matcha today and the nuttiness from the matcha goes SO well with banana cream. They were so kind in gifting me their new Okumidori blend to try and I would recommend this matcha to anyone especially if you use it in a latte! I believe I have it linked to my Amazon storefront and I just checked and it is in fact NOT sold out 🍵 Banana syrup: - 120g of sliced and very ripe bananas - add to sauce pan with 1/4th cup of sugar - and 1/3 cup of water - mix and let it heat up - once the mixture is warm, mash the bananas - let it simmer only for a few minutes! - take off heat and add a dash of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt!
