The simple joys of a perfectly roasted potato!!!! I boiled these first in heavily salted water (with a 1/2 tsp baking soda to make them extra soft and delish!!!!), then sliced them in half, threw them on a baking sheet (which I preheated in the oven with a generous drizzle of @getgraza) and roasted them at 425 til they’re golden brown and STUNNING. Served over sour cream with a heavy hand of more Graza evoo and flaky salt baby!!!!!!!!
