As frigid mornings become a constant, the hillsides slowly transform into a sea of orange. The change of seasons marks the change of pace and end of harvest at the winery. Wines are nestled in their barrels to be awakened at a later time. The buzz of forklifts and air pumps has quieted as the cellar team turns their attention to resetting the winery.
