Going into the holiday season reminding my peeps that #heavymenstrualbleeding, #painfulperiods, #painfulintercourse, and #pelvicpain are not normal symptoms! 💯 You are the best person to tell what is going on with your own body. Don’t ignore your symptoms or let anyone else tell you it’s normal when you know it’s not! 💯 I know it can be frustrating as a patient. I may not know the answers for all my patients’ symptoms or concerns, but my goal is to help! Find someone who at least takes the time to address your symptoms and/or sends you to the correct specialist that can get you answers!🙌🏼 Two things: ✔️Be your own advocate! If you know something isn’t normal, don’t give up! ✔️Just because it’s COMMON, doesn’t mean it’s NORMAL!
