Building up to your first 5km run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Start by setting 15min timer. Start with a slow jog until your HR get to 130-140bpm. Once it gets there -> slow down and walk until that HR get to around 100-110bpm then start that jog again. Repeat this for the full 15min and sim for 3-4 sessions per week. As you adapt youโ€™ll find you can run for longer and longer without the HR getting to that 140bpm.
