36 mile roundtrip from manhattan, over thr GW bridge and up 9W for a coffee stop off at the "9w market" cycle destination café. Followed by quick lap around Tallman Mountain State Park and an epic and unexpected encounter with Mikhail Baryshnikov who was kind enough to stop and chat with us about fitness and what his pandemic workout routine has been.
