I’M ‘BACK’ 👋🏻 .. LIFE UPDATE ⬇️ Following 9 months of looking after my second baby at home, working ad hoc hours only when I could, I’m now back to my weekly dietetic clinics, with more time to create content for you lovely lot too! So yes, whilst I miss my little ones dearly when they’re both at nursery (only 2 days a week at the moment - it will increase in January when I take on more work!), the day honestly FLIES as I cram in as much as is humanly possibly and relish in eating my meals sat down with two hands (!) Instagram has changed a lot recently, so whilst I’m busy playing catch up, I really hope you enjoy my new style of reels (the short, chatty, snappy ones!) & healthy recipes too.
