I’ve got a million things to do but instead I’ve just watched Doctor Who and the Daleks a 1965 film. I plagued my poor sister to take me to see it at The Plaza in Birkenhead until she finally cracked. Peter Cushing makes a great Dr as does Roberta Tovey as his granddaughter who I had a massive crush on at the time. It also stars Jennie linden and Roy Castle as the Doctors assistants. Barry Ingham as the leader of the Thals wears more make up than a drag queen. Still, I thoroughly enjoyed it although I doubt if my sister would’ve watched it. She’s still in therapy after sitting in a cinema packed with screaming kids. #drwhoandthedaleks
