At almost exactly this time a year ago, we started to notice flooding in our kitchen from the creek behind us. We had no idea what would come next, but you all know that story! Today, on the milestone of Hurricane Helene, we want to focus on the positives... Since the flood, we haven't just recovered—we've grown! 🍺✨ We’ve poured our hearts into becoming more than just a restaurant and taproom. We've launched our Crafty Coyotes program with monthly classes and markets, brought back our favorite trivia nights bigger and better than ever, started dishing out free beer tastings to help y'all find your new favorite brew, and our catering and private events have reached new heights. It has been a wild year, and we couldn't have done it alone. To everyone who ordered takeout while we got back on our feet, and to every single person who dined in once we were ready—thank you. To our incredible Coyotes, who stepped up in a big way to help us rebuild, this is your accomplishment. We know our pack is strong, and we are so proud of what we've built together.
