Tuscaloosa felt a little bit more like home this year! One of the best years of my life working with this group. Thankful to @jeffg.sparks and @northridgetandf for the opportunity. Through the ups and downs of the year the fun spirit of the team never wavered. Glad the first step of my journey started here and excited for the next step. Special shoutout to @n_pedota, one of the most courageous runners I’ve ever met. The definition of “no bad days”, his relentless effort and trust in me pushed me to new levels as he improved week by week. Every race he competed in he never backed away from the fire. I am confident he will go on to be the first great athlete I ever coached.
