Hi, my name is Anastasia and I’m unlearning each day for when I stand bare feet on the humid forest earth nothing destructs me from feeling the sensations. I’m forgetting each day what teachers in school or gurus on the screen said about the world so I can see it myself without the noise of presuppositions. I’m moving slower, this way I can perceive the world in more details, let others run ahead so the space around is free. When I act from a place of clarity and connection, I’m boundless. I still have to move a lot and realize xxx projects in the coming weeks, so I challenge myself today to do it with joy and gratitude.
