especially when it *actually* goes viral. I’ve gotten so many folks commenting on my club’s recent growth and hoping their club does well too but there’s some important things to know! Everyone wants the big numbers and orders but you have to be ready for it! Without the organization and capacity to handle 100, 300 or even the near 700 members that my club is at right now you can easily get in over your head! It’s SO much more than just putting paper in an envelope. Before the mail every gets sent you need to plan what will be in it, design everything, order all of your supplies for packaging and goodies, make-edit-post content, set up your website and keep track of new members or who needs replacements, unbox all of the supplies you finally receive, then spend days packing it all up and putting on those pretty stamps before yes - finally sending them out. My biggest tip for anyone trying to grow their club is to stay organized! Build a system for yourself to stay on schedule and not get overwhelmed when you actually reach your goal member count! Running out of things is a good problem to have, it means you’re doing business — but you don’t want to make a habit of it either. So stay on top of things and you can keep running club having fun instead of being stressed.
