When I created @diversifythestage it was with urgency in responding to a need for change in the Music Industry, especially in areas of Live Entertainment and Productions spaces where the lack of diversity has been widely known and accepted for far too long. Through our DTS Apprenticeship Program It is our intention to ensure at least 80% of our 2022 Rising Stars have been assigned a workplace opportunity by September 16th.
