We are looking for a full-time, experienced Producer to manage and develop our projects. We are looking for someone based in Milan or willing to transfer. TASKS: - Manage execution of video and photo production. - Lead video/photo team(s) on set and location for various content project types. - Coordinate, manage and & recruit a team of in-house and freelance content creators, including video, photo, sound, light and production management. - Oversee videos and photos post-production. Ensure content meets the client's brief objectives. - Manage production budgets, ensuring content shoots are within scope. - Work collaboratively with those on set and location, ensuring shoot environments are compliant with Bordel's standards. IMPORTANT SKILLS: - Experience in a production field, including technical (EQ & budgets) - Organizational skills are crucial. - Experience in the fashion and luxury space preferred, with strong interests in art, street culture and music. - Demonstrated proficiency with project management. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time - Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents. - Agile, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. - Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite - Fluent in English and Italian
