Seen it done wrong too many times to not wanna get it right 🤝 Commonly people confuse masculinity and confidence with being the loudest in the room and I can’t lie I definitely use to be one of those people in high school and even part of college. But I heard a saying a few years ago that essentially stating “keep your mouth shut but carry a big stick.” Doesn’t mean to be quiet or reserved but it means to lead with your actions more than your words and have a stronger bite than bark. I think it applies a lot more to masculinity than most think and it’s something I’ve really worked on over the years. It’s wild what applying something like that to your life can do for your confidence as a man and how it impacts the way you treat everyone around you.
