When it comes to a company or team branding session, it’s crucial that I get to know each individual on that team so I can best capture them & bring out who they truly are when it comes time for their personal portraits. Here are 3 things I always ask each person... 1. What do you do at this company? Typically they will share their role in the business. 2. What type of energy do you bring to the team? I love this question because sometimes they will say one thing and their coworker overhearing will chime in and give more of a taste to who they reallllly are!! You get a huge feel for their personality with this question! 3. When you see your images, what do you hope the outcome to be/how do you want to feel when you see them? This question really allows you to see themselves in their own perspective. Any insecurities they may have, how they want to be portrayed in their images and overall their vision for what you will be delivering them. All 3 of these questions are important and valuable when it comes to shooting a branding session; company or solo entrepreneurs!
