I just don’t stay down. If you’ve ever been “in process” you know the feeling. You know the season of life where you are being pruned - life is cutting back everything you’ve held on to to create space for new growth. That’s exactly the season of life I’ve found myself in lately. So if you see me make mistakes, if you see me fall, if you see my cry, if you see me in pain, if you see me fail.. good. Because that just means you’ll also see me learn, you’ll see me rise, and you’ll see me grow even closer to my best self. Social media is not real life. It’s curated for the highlights. I want to keep it as genuine as I can here and remind you that no one has it easy. Life is really difficult and painful at times. But we are ALWAYS given a choice to stay down or stand up and put one foot in front of the other, learning from everything we go through in the process. Keep being in process.
