Have you ever had Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp? It’s BOMB, and easy to make.
Pilled and deveined shrimp (heads on are the best for this dish)
Lightly salt and add paprika
Toss in corn starch then fry
Take them out the pan placed on a rack and make sauce:
Fresh chopped Garlic, I may have used 5 or 6 tbs but that doesn’t matter, use as much as you like.
4 sticks of butter
2 tbs Brown Sugar
2 tbs Oyster Sauce
2 tbs Soy Sauce
Mix in a bowl, then...
Melt the butter
Add the garlic (making sure it doesn’t burn)
Add sauce and stir
Once combined add fried shrimp back to the pan. Toss lightly and serve. We had ours with bok Choy and Cilantro Lime Rice.
