Confronting an employer about pay disparities is not comfortable nor easy, but it sounds off alarms that have been silenced for too long. When entrepreneur and author @mindaharts was offered to speak at an event for far less than her white counterpart, she turned the steps she took to demand fair pay into a blueprint for how others can confront similar situations.
