Final reveal: (#gifted ) I worked with @fastgrowingtrees on converting this ugly area into a beautiful functional space and changed this eyesore into a visual area of interest. What formerly was a literal dumping space for us-mulch, gravel, dirt, all things dumped right here. Unfortunately It is the first thing your eye comes to when seeing our house. It’s really bothered us since clearing the overgrowth and brush from the side of our house and painting the house white, looked terrible. Teamed up with @fastgrowingtrees and they suggested based on soil, sunlight, and the desire to create a visual barrier this combination of plants that don’t all lose their leaves, and spring to fall flowering shrubs for color, this combination: Endless Summer Hydrangea, Euonymus japonicus & Baby Blue Spruce. 20 plants all came through the mail, nicely boxed and protected from damage through the shipment process looking vibrant and healthy. Using slate chips, edgers, mulch, lights and select plants this space is officially renovated into a clean looking parking spot.
