I have a challenge for you all: When you find yourself thinking a happy thought and feeling a good feeling, focus deeply on those moments. Be intentional with how you focus on those moments because this is a way you can build more resilience. Write these moments down if you like to journal, take a mental note, take a picture, or really anything to make you be intentionally focused on these times. You may find that when you’re having down moments that this intentional focus and ingrained memory has given you more strength to get through the bad moments
