For the past 5 years, I’ve spoken to hundreds of you every week about dating. Your stories, your grievances, the ups and downs, the ghosting the bread-crumbing, the box theory of it all. I’ve analyzed screenshots, taken live calls and given advice. This community is what inspired me to write my first book, The Shift, a survival guide of sorts that drew on my own experiences. I wanted girls to learn from my mistakes and have fun along the way. As someone who has always taken solace in creating as a way to process and examine my own life, I had a dream of creating a scripted show based on The Shift that would validate the insane paradigm shift that we’re living through in terms of dating. I want to make a show that articulates this era... a show that’s able to portray what young people go through when they’re trying to find love. I couldn’t be more excited about making this show.
