Week 4 of training for a marathon and 70.3 Ironman! This week I rode more on my bike and less running miles which was an adjustment for my legs and lady parts (ouch 😩). No one talks about the first initial weeks of getting back into cycling and how sore/uncomfortable it is sitting in the saddle that long.
