How wakefit mattress helped you ? 1-Before using wakefit mattress I was suffering from back pain but now it's gone. 2-The comfort it gives me after a long tired day is unbelievable ,you have to just fall on the mattress and you'll definitely fall in love with the mattress. How did the sleep internship help me as a person ? 1- I started to sleep on time to get good scores and try to improve my scores day by day because I was able to see how I slept last night . 2- I love to exercise but it was not regular. I started doing it regularly because exercise improved my scores. 3- I never write on the subject of sleep after starting the internship I started writing on this subject. 4- The weekly challenges helped me seek a lot of new things. 5- Sleep internship helped me realise how important sleep is and it is like a battery charger and if you don't charge it full at night you'll not be able to do daily tasks with full attention.
